Hi Everyone,
Happy New Year!
I am genuinely excited about our new year. I’ve been thinking a lot about our business, our mission, and our brand promise. Where are we nailing it, where do we have opportunities for improvement, and how we could expand the scope of our service offerings to improve our clients’ businesses?
I see a lot of opportunity in expanding our Pool Party relationship and recently Marklogic purchased Smartlogic which makes Semaphor, a competitor to Pool Party. Two of our largest opportunities right now are Taxonomy and Meta directory projects for content. This is important for Tahzoo because we can be a market leader in combining behavioral customer data with content as a data source for delivering personalized experiences.
I read an article by Chuck Hollis from Marklogic who makes the argument that we are in the beginning stages of a convergence of technology that can and will create significant value for our clients. If we can become the world’s experts in combining data with dynamic content delivery systems we build every day for our clients, we would have an amazing strategic advantage that we could leverage for the growth of Tahzoo and the improvement of our clients’ businesses.
Please read this article and consider how we could use Content as a data source and incorporate it into out service offerings.

We are pursuing two near term opportunities at Dell Computers and JackHenry that are ripe for innovation and new approach to customer acquisition, personalization, and self-service portals. I certainly don’t have all the answers – I need the Smart and Happy people of Tahzoo to innovate around this new market opportunity. I am looking for ideas, for models, and for engagement strategies that we can utilize to transform Tahzoo and the journey for our clients. Send me your thoughts, comments, and ideas … I am looking for a few volunteers to be a part of shaping our solution offerings and our delivery models in this new arena. I look forward to hearing from you.
Let’s go be great!
