Hi Everyone,
Success is a byproduct of consistency. Last week in the DOB, I outlined standards for our client experience. I would encourage each of you to reread last week’s letter as these standards need to be adopted. Consistency is the secret ingredient that turns good businesses into great ones. It means repeatedly delivering on our promises and maintaining a high standard of quality in every aspect of our work.
Consistency breeds trust. Our clients know what to expect and we deliver as
expected. It is why they choose Tahzoo. Trust is the currency of business
relationships, it’s hard to earn and is easily lost. If we want new projects or to be referred to new clients, we need to do a great job for our customers. If you take care of your customers, they will take care of you. The formula is straight forward and easy to understand, however it still takes hard work and discipline to execute.
I am going to be closely auditing our client experience for the foreseeable future, checking to see if our deliverables were sent the night before and asking for the meeting minutes to be shared with me after a meeting. When I was a manager at Nordstrom, I always used to say you get what you inspect not what you expect. We need to raise the bar and operate as a highly professional boutique consulting firm; I am counting on each of you to do your part in helping Tahzoo provide a consistent client experience.
