Hi Everyone,
It’s been a while since I’ve been able to write to you. I hope you’ve enjoyed revisiting some of the older DOBs. As best I can, I am working towards getting back to my normal schedule. Thank you for all your support and for keeping focused on our clients and one another.
I want to give a big shout-out to the St. Luke’s team… you did an amazing job under challenging circumstances; I am so proud of each of you. I had an opportunity to meet with our client Cindy. She was effusive in her praise of Tahzoo and called out individual members of the team for their excellence and can-do attitude, while proclaiming repeatedly how much she enjoyed working with our company! What a pleasure to speak with a client that was so happy with the quality of our work and our customer service – thank you!
When you take into consideration that it was our first Contentstack implementation and that we had to implement a design created by a third party with an unmovable launch date, all I can say is “wow.” There are so many reasons why this could have gone wrong, but it did not because the team cared, worked hard, and effectively communicated with each other, the client, and the design firm. You can see it in the work and in Cindy’s delight that the standard set and achieved by the team was excellence.
Everyone did their job. Plain and simple. We can dress it in platitudes, quotes, and inspirational messages, however, we were successful because each person on the team did their job. I could not be prouder of the St. Luke’s team – thank you!
